The ombudsmen are obliged to submit their annual reoprts to the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.

They also submit their  special reports to the relevant entity bodies. The local institutions are obliged to reply within the time frame defined by the Ombudsman.

Annual and special reports are public documents.

In their annual reports the ombudsmen present the work of the Institution in the year passed. It includes information on the applications received and the general status of human rights on the ground, as well as the information concerning the Institution, its organization and activities out of duty.
